Although 450 million people worldwide suffer from it, very little is said about depression as a serious illness causing disability. Social consciousness very slowly pierces the idea that it is more than sadness, mainly because of knowing people in one’s own life with depression. One of the main reasons for seeking help from a therapist or healer is a sustained depressed mood, melancholy, constant fatigue, lack of appetite, or lack of desire to live. These are the classic symptoms of what psychology diagnoses in the direction of depressive disorders. In this article “Healing Depression” I would like to take a look at the various types of depression and suicidal thoughts, and how they look on the human energetic body. These are the observations of myself and Agnieszka Orzechowska, based on work with people with depression.

This change is due mainly to people meeting others dealing with the condition.
