Although 450 million people worldwide suffer from the condition, depression is rarely spoken of as a serious illness or disability. Growing social consciousness has begun to very slowly move away from the notion that the disease is nothing more than acute sadness. This change is due mainly to people meeting others dealing with the condition. The majority of people that seek help from a therapist or healer suffer from feelings of melancholy for prolonged periods, constant fatigue, lack of appetite, and lack of desire to live. These are the classic symptoms of what psychologists diagnose as depressive disorder. In the article I would like to take a look at the various types of depression and suicidal thoughts and how they look on the human energy body.
